Chris’ first ‘real’ job was with a boutique reward and events specialist in the late ’90s – in at the deep end he was soon sharing responsibility for major clients.

It was here that Chris took many of the agency’s clients online with the creation of a proprietary digital rewards and redemptions platform; a project he brought to life by establishing a small web-development shop to handle the work.

Chris maintained these dual roles for a number of years while also pursuing his main creative passion – music.
Back then Chris performed 2-3 gigs per weekend.

The search for new and greater challenges then led Chris to one of Sydney’s top independent agencies, Lavender. From there he moved to Clemenger BBDO to lead integration on Mitsubishi. Over the past 14 years Chris has worked on successful campaigns for a range of clients including Westpac, Mitsubishi and MasterCard; picking up awards including IAB Silver and ADMA trophies.

Chris joined McCann as Group Account Director in 2009 and was swiftly promoted to Executive Director; he became GM early in 2011. As well as being a top account man, and a father of two, Chris dreams of the day he can give it all away and bang out tunes in the corner of some dodgy south coast bar!
